My hotel says they have not received the package.

First of all, please check the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. If it says "Final Delivery", then it has already been delivered. Please ask your hotel to double check, especially their mailboxes. It's very important that you show them the tracking number and the tracking status from the link.
