My Pocket WiFi is not charging.

Firstly, please check that the AC adapter (the charger) and the USB cable (the cord) are both working ok.

Secondly, pull off the back lid from the right bottom corner and remove the battery while it's turned off.  Then put them back in place and try to charge again.
