The tracking link says "Retention"...what does that mean?

That means your package is currently kept at the nearest post office. If you are picking it up from a post office, it's ready for pick up.

If your selected pick up location is not a post office, then there must be a reason for the incomplete delivery. In this case please contact us right away and we will request a redelivery for you.
